L'ambiente è veramente molto curato e ci sono anche tornato per lavoro per come mi sono trovato bene. Maria Laura oltre ad essere molto disponibile è gentilissima e telefonicamente cerca sempre di risolverti ogni problema e semplificarti la vita per arrivare a destinazione in totale relax. Antonella invece ti aiuta per tutto quello che ti serve quando sei in casa, con eccezionali suggerimenti su cosa visitare e su dove e cosa mangiare. La vista dalla casa è mozzafiato e l'amaca in terrazza è sublime. Insomma se volete rilassarvi e passare una vacanza da sogno in totale relax senza nessun tipo di pensiero rivolgetevi a loro. Li ho scoperti per caso e ora vado almeno una volta l'anno. Se ci fossero 10 stelle le darei. Assolutamente sono i migliori in rapporto qualità prezzo. Maria Laura, besides being very helpful, is very kind and always tries to solve every problem by phone and simplify your life to arrive at your destination in total relaxation. Antonella, on the other hand, helps you with everything you need when you are at home, with exceptional suggestions on what to visit and where and what to eat. The view from the house is breathtaking and the hammock on the terrace is sublime. In short, if you want to relax and spend a dream vacation in total relaxation without any thought, turn to them. La Terrazza è in posizione ideale, sul lungomare e letteralmente a due minuti dalla piazza, dal porto e dal corso principale. L’appartamento è immacolato, abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere i proprietari e vederli all’opera, dire che la pulizia è maniacale non rende l’idea. La vista dalla terrazza è impagabile, sembra di stare in barca! Trovandosi sul lungomare si è esposti al rumore del traffico (in ogni caso limitato, noi ci siamo stati in alta stagione a cavallo di Ferragosto), per noi non è stato un problema. Buona vacanza! We spent 10 days in Santa Marina di Salina. La Terrazza is ideally located, on the seafront and literally two minutes from the square, the port and the main street. The apartment is immaculate, we had the pleasure of meeting the owners and seeing them at work, saying that cleaning is obsessive does not convey the idea. The view from the terrace is priceless, it feels like being on a boat! Being on the seafront you are exposed to traffic noise (in any case limited, we were there in high season at the turn of August), for us it was not a problem. Have a good holiday!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 per 11 giorni e devo dire che non potevamo sperare in una sistemazione migliore. Maria Laura e Antonella sono ospiti fantastici e la loro casa le rispecchia perché è curata nei minimi particolari. Il patio interno è comodissimo per la colazione perché è all'ombra, le stanze sono dotate di piacevolissimi ventilatori a soffitto di ultima generazione che funzionano meglio dei condizionatori perché non ti costringono a chiudere l'accesso alla splendida terrazza. In questo modo, distesi sul letto della camera matrimoniale, ci si trova esattamente con il panorama di Lipari come se fosse l'orizzonte: uno spettacolo! La casa è pulitissima, è veramente fornita di tutto quello di cui si possa avere bisogno ed è arredata con uno spiccato buongusto. L'accesso al mare è istantaneo, si attraversa la strada e si è in acqua, ma consiglio di dotarsi di ombrellone perché fa molto caldo e non vi è possibilità di fittarlo in loco. Si arriva in centro a Santa Marina in un attimo, vicino alla casa si affittano i gommoni, per la spesa e l'accesso ai ristoranti non ci vogliono più di 5 minuti a piedi. Che dire? Se tornerò a Salina (e ci sono molte possibilità) la prima telefonata sarà per Maria Laura. Grazie The terrace overlooking the sea is a dream come true in a dream island! We stayed in 5 for 11 days and I must say that we could not hope for better accommodation. Maria Laura and Antonella are fantastic guests and their home reflects them because it is treated in detail. The interior patio is very comfortable for breakfast because it is in the shade, the rooms are equipped with the latest generation of ceiling fans that work better than the air conditioners because they do not force you to close the access to the splendid terrace. In this way, lying on the bed of the master bedroom, you find yourself exactly with the panorama of Lipari as if it were the horizon: a show! The house is very clean, it is really equipped with everything you could need and is furnished with a strong taste. Access to the sea is instantaneous, you cross the road and you are in the water, but I recommend getting an umbrella because it is very hot and there is no possibility of renting it on the spot. You arrive in the center of Santa Marina in an instant, next to the house you can rent rafts, for shopping and access to restaurants it does not take more than 5 minutes on foot. What to say? If I go back to Salina (and there are many possibilities) the first call will be for Maria Laura. Thank you
