★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a poor experience at la Sirena. We had to wait for almost an hour when it was not too crowded (and other people arriving later got their food before us). One of the side dishes was cold as well. Was a shame as the other food was decent. No apology (only after complaining), no discount, could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say... Every restaurant I have visit in Sicily have excellent food and service. The waiter helped us to get a taxi after our lunch and that to me was golden. They didn't have to do that but they did. The food was to die for. You want to eat more but you were to full. If you are around this area go and visit this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this restaurant. The service and food was exceptional. From appetizers to dessert. I had the gnocchi al pistachio and is was delicious. They even catered to my 17 month old son food requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good and the waiter was attentive. The food was really not satisfying. Both Parmigiana and pasta con le sarde had almost no taste. On the otherhand, the food presentation was very nice. Given that the prices are well above average, I found it a bit disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were closed when we came by for lunch but the owner opened just for us. He cooked us a wonderful lunch with mussels and then pasta and clams. It was such a good meal and he was kind and generous with his food and time.
