★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a lovely day in Giardini Naxos and I knew there was a beach down there somewhere... but its so built up with bars and restaurants it's hard to find access. It's just the Italian way with beaches. If you want a bustling seafront then this is it. The sand is gritty but not black and the waves are gentle so a paddle is not impossible.
