★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cena fantastica! Solo il tagliere valeva la gita a Tarquinia, con formaggi e salumi di livello non comune e le frittelle di mela e cannella più buone mai assaggiate! Ottima la carbonara con tartufo, i piatti della signora Rosa sono ineccepibili! Assolutamente da non perdere a Tarquinia
A fantastic dinner! The platter alone was worth the trip to Tarquinia, with uncommon level cheeses and meats and the best apple and cinnamon pancakes ever tasted! Excellent carbonara with truffle, Mrs. Rosa's dishes are flawless! Absolutely not to be missed in Tarquinia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place changed made me realise that the pasta I've been eating so far is rubbish and what true carbonara actually is.
I went for the buffet starter, take a look at the photo and tell me that not worth it.
Their carbonara...wgat can I say apart from that I will never eat carbonara like this agian. PERFECTLY cooked with egg yolk sauce and light, fluffy, fried panchetta.
Trust their house wine, medium bodied, bold, fruity with a commanding and spicy mouthfeel. As the staff for their recommendations, they know what they are doing.
