Puoi scegliere qualsiasi cosa dal menù, non resterai mai insoddisfatto e non ti alzerai mai affamato. Zuppa inglese: a josa!!!!! :-) Ps: la pasta la fanno loro artigianalmente nel loro laboratorio a lato della cucina. Historic restaurant in Tarquinia, you go there because you know it or by fame or by direct experience or by friendship. You can choose anything from the menu, you will never be dissatisfied and you will never get up hungry. English soup: a josa !!!!! :-) Ps: they make the pasta by hand in their laboratory next to the kitchen.

Bellissima location con un giardino ordinato e pulitissimo e molto curato. La cortesia e l'ospitalità è di casa qui. Signori miei si mangia veramente bene bene. I due camerieri di oggi sono Stati di un'accoglienza unica. Veramente professionali ed alla mano e non guasta simpaticissimi. I piatti belli al palato ed alla vista veramente ottimi. Un antipasto di mare buonissimo e bello alla vista, poi siamo andati sul secondo io e mia moglie con una frittura calamari e gamberi anche qui mondiale, non la solita con calamari gommosi anzi belli freschi e scrocchiarelli. Per contorno carciofo alla giudia. Senza parole cotto e condito perfetto. Mia figlia ha ordinato il primo, girelle ricotta e spinaci al sapore di mare ho assaggiato ed era strepitoso. Complimenti allo chef o alla chef✌?. Posso dire che tornerò assolutamente da voi. Grazie e speriamo che continuate così. 02.05.2021 I had been aiming for this restaurant for many years ??, and I was not wrong. Beautiful location with a tidy and very clean and well-kept garden. Courtesy and hospitality are at home here. Gentlemen, the food is really good. The two waiters of today were of a unique welcome. Really professional and easy-going and it doesn't hurt very nice. The dishes are beautiful to the palate and to the eye, truly excellent. A delicious seafood appetizer and beautiful to the eye, then we went on the second course with my wife and I with a fried calamari and prawns here too, not the usual one with chewy squid indeed fresh and scrocchiarelli. As a side dish, artichoke alla giudia. Wordlessly cooked and seasoned perfect. My daughter ordered the first, sea-flavored ricotta and spinach swirls I tasted and it was amazing.
