★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso 2 piadine e appena ritirate erano quasi fredde. Gli ingredienti poco cotti e all’interno di una abbiamo trovato anche un pezzo carbonizzato di circa 1 cm di qualcosa che non si capiva. (Plastica forse)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, mamma mia.... Non riuscire a leggere un qr del greenpass perché si ha la giornata storta non è un problema mio. Veramente scortese, abbiamo mangiato la piadina fuori al freddo pur essendo in regola.
La piadina "rotolo" inoltre, non aveva per niente il 50 % in più di farcitura rispetto alla identica normale presa da mio figlio. Furbacchioni ?
Rude staff, mamma mia .... Not being able to read a qr of the greenpass because you have a bad day is not my problem. Really rude, we ate the piadina outside in the cold despite being in good standing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale piccolo e affollato, uno dei tavoli è proprio davanti al frigo delle bevande che viene aperto continuamente dai clienti per servirsi, con il clima già freddo il frigo costantemente aperto non aiuta. Pochissimi i posti a sedere. Personale sbrigativo non molto disponibile, piadina buona.
Oggi 19 ottobre 2021 faccio un ordine di 3 piade salate, sebbene siano arrivati un po’ lunghi nella consegna dico che le piadine sono veramente buone e bene farcite. Rifaccio un ordine di due piadine dolci, una granella e una nutella. Quella granella così così…. Ma quella a nutella imbarazzante! Se avessi saputo prendevo la piada vuota e la nutella me la porta o da casa! Invece no, ho pagato 3,10 euro per una piadina praticamente vuota, la cosa più imbarazzante che alla mia lamentela la responsabile è risultata senza polso, promuovendo solo la possibilità di rifarmi la nutella ma avendo visto i tempi biblici ( per le dolci ho aspettato più di 20 minuti) ho rifiutato visto che andavo di fretta in quel caso allora dovresti prendere 3,10 e me li metti in mano, punto! Non devo essere io a trovare la soluzione. La responsabile ha visto la piadina praticamente vuota e nulla… io al suo posto mi sarei vergognata! A mai più! I clienti cercano soddisfazioni a errori che sicuramente possono capitare, ma far andare a casa un cliente non soddisfatto è grave per il locale e per i proprietari che perdono guadagno visto che io non ci andrò mai più e non posso che fare una cattiva pubblicità. Poi penso che forse le direttive aziendali sono queste e ahimè è peggio essere considerato come un cliente da mungere…

I make an order for two sweet wraps, a grain and a nutella. That so-so grain…. But the embarrassing nutella one! If I had known I would take the empty piada and the Nutella brings it to me or from home! But no, I paid 3.10 euros for a practically empty piadina, the most embarrassing thing that my complaint was wristless, promoting only the possibility of making me the Nutella but having seen the biblical times (for the desserts I waited more than 20 minutes) I refused since I was in a hurry then you should take 3.10 and put it in my hand, period! I don't have to be the one to find the solution. The manager saw the piadina practically empty and nothing ... I would have been ashamed in her place! To never again! Customers are looking for satisfaction and mistakes that certainly can happen, but making an unsatisfied customer go home is serious for the place and for the owners who lose income since I will never go there again and I can only do bad publicity. Then I think that perhaps the company directives are these and alas it is worse to be considered as a customer to be milked ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una tappa fissa quando andiamo all'outlet di Mantova. Le piadine dono veramente molto buone. I tempi d'attesa accettabili, i posti a sedere, soprattutto in autunno/inverno, che non ci si può sedere all'esterno, sono pochi. Consigliato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era da un po' che non andavamo alla Città della Moda di Bagnolo e passando alla piadineria per il pranzo ho trovato un bella sorpresa!!!! Hanno allargato il locale, veramente bello ??? ci sono molti più posti a sedere all'interno, ma ci si può sedere anche fuori nei tavolini con mega ombrelloni. In questo periodo si sta benissimo anche fuori!!! Per quanto riguarda le piadine ci sono quelle in menù e c'è la possibilità di personalizzare la propria piadina combinando diversi ingredienti. A noi è piaciuta moltissimo, l'impasto è buono e i salumi freschissimi. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. Consiglio anche la coppetta allo yogurt al naturale o con diversi tipi di guarnizione ?

We liked it very much, the dough is good and the cold cuts very fresh. The staff are nice and very helpful. I also recommend the yogurt cup plain or with different types of toppings ?

La sanificazione dei tavoli inesistente
Direi che di questi tempi è inaccettabile …non sapevo dove sedermi perché in tutti i tavoli che si stavano liberando nessuno e’ venuto a disinfettare . Sono rimasta all interno del locale 40 minuti e nessun tavolo fra un utente e L altro e stato disinfettato
Le regole ormai le conosciamo tutti
Per il caffè (che avevo già ordinato )15 minuti in piedi ad attendere

Aggiornamento al 13 aprile 2022: ho richiesto un caffè da bere al tavolo, mi è stato consegnato dentro il bicchierino di cartone perché la lavastoviglie era rotta, alla mia richiesta della tazzina, la ragazza, sbuffando mi ha risposto che non le voleva lavare a mano!! Nella foto il risultato del caffè nella tazzina!! Imbarazzanti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piadina veramente buona sia nella pasta che negli ingredienti. Prezzi giusti,personale gentile. Unica pecca la poca pulizia dei tavoli che in questo periodo dovrebbe essere fatta in maniera ancora più scrupolosa del solito.
