Andati a chiedere un cambio di un set di lenzuola e ci hanno quasi dato dei pezzenti perché solo la roba "non di marca" ha le misure che ci servivano.
Alla fine ci siamo pure dovuti tenere la merce acquistata perché potevano dare solo un buono e nel negozio non c'era nulla che ci servisse.
Cafoni and rude!
Went to ask for a change of a set of sheets and they almost gave us beggars because only the "non-branded" stuff has the measurements we needed.
In the end we also had to keep the purchased goods because they could only give a voucher and there was nothing in the shop that we needed.
