★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un luogo isolato a ridosso dell'argine del Po si trova questo vecchio ristorante. I cibi serviti sono appetitosi e l'oste (donna) piuttosto loquace. Tutto bene dunque? Non proprio. I prezzi sono eccessivi per il contesto e per la qualità ma, soprattutto, come segnalato anche da altri avventori, la titolare non ama fare trasparire i prezzi di quello che porta in tavola. Manca un menù coi prezzi ed alla fine non rilascia un documento con il dettaglio delle consumazioni ma fa un forfait alla come gli pare a lei! Questo a mio avviso non è affatto corretto.
This old restaurant is located in an isolated place close to the bank of the Po. The food served is appetizing and the host (woman) is rather talkative. All right then? Not exactly. The prices are excessive for the context and for the quality but, above all, as reported by other patrons, the owner does not like to show the prices of what she brings to the table. There is no menu with prices and in the end he does not issue a document with the details of the drinks but makes a flat rate as he likes! This in my opinion is not correct at all.

Pasta fatta in casa. Personale gentile. Servizio veloce.
Primo secondo contorno dolce acqua e vino 25-30 euro.
Domenica serve la prenotazione.
Typical Mantuan cuisine, simple and traditional (pumpkin tortelli are not really the classic Mantuan tortelli ...).
Homemade pasta. Friendly staff. Fast service.
