Consiglio vivamente scialatielli, pappardelle, ravioli capresi e ravioli al brasato. Le lasagne e i cannelloni sono superlativi. Usano le eccellenze del territorio come materie prime e un fior di latte di vico equense eccezionale. Super consigliato anche per i prodotti cucinati. Non c'è cosa più bella che organizzare una festa e avere tutto il menù perfettamente cucinato e guarito con gusto ed eleganza. Ora che viene carnevale una lasagna targata la casereccia è d'obbligo...
