Incompetenti e incapaci.
Hanno dato una stima di Max 1h e 30
Min. Trascorso il tempo indicato telefono e mi dicono che entro i prossimi 10 min sarebbe arrivata. Inutile dire che sono arrivati dopo un'ora.
Avevo spiegato che nella spesa c'era il pranzo inoltre avevo orari precisi ad "incastro" con altre faccende altrettanto importanti.
Bad home service.

They gave an estimate of Max 1h and 30
Min. After the indicated time I phone and they tell me that within the next 10 min it would arrive. Needless to say, they arrived after an hour.
I had explained that there was lunch in the shopping and I also had precise "interlocking" times with other equally important matters.
