Aggiungiamo un bel posto rilassante tra la natura e con posto auto, aggiungiamo una vicina stazione treno (per raggiungere Venezia) dove parcheggiare a costo zero, aggiungiamo ancora un'ottima colazione e una padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile et voilà. Il posto perfetto se siete interessati a Venezia e dintorni, e non dimentichiamo il prezzo super per questa zona. Consiglio di prenotare dal sito la casa sull'albero. Io se tornerò da queste parti sicuramente verrò qui. A personal hot tub, after a day's walk, is priceless. We add a nice relaxing place between nature and with parking, we add a nearby train station (to reach Venice) where to park at no cost, we still add a great breakfast and a very kind and helpful landlady and voila. The perfect place if you are interested in and around Venice, and do not forget the super price for this area. I recommend booking the tree house from the site. I will definitely come here if I come back here.

La nostra camera aveva un doppio balcone ottimo per potersi rilassare la sera dopo una giornata a Venezia. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Molto comoda la posizione: vicino alla stazione oppure alla fermata del Bus. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile ed accogliente. Lo consiglio. Place in classic Venetian style even if perhaps a "modern" style should be given. Large, air-conditioned rooms. Our room had a double balcony so you could relax in the evening after a day in Venice. Rich and varied breakfast. Very convenient location close to the station or to the bus stop. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. I advise.

Colazione varia e abbondante, anche se con soli prodotti confezionati. Punti di debolezza: siamo stati tre notti e non hanno mai rifatto le camere, né i letti, né tolto la spazzatura dal bagno Lo consiglio comunque! Strengths: logistically the place is in really good shape. Tasteful furnishings. Varied and abundant breakfast, even if with only packaged products. Weaknesses: we stayed three nights and they never made the rooms, nor the beds, nor removed the garbage from the bathroom I still recommend it!

Io ho un bimbo di 8 mesi la signora mi ha dato la possibilità di avere un microonde per scaldare le pappe. Unica pecca ma veramente per dire tutto manca un cestino in bagno . La colazione ottima con molta scelta. La possibilità di farsi the e caffè e biscottini o mangiarsi una fetta di torta in ogni momento. Un frigo grande per tenere l'acqua o cibi pronti in fresco.È stato un soggiorno spiacevole e rilassante. All beautiful, exceptional cleanliness, very kind staff, quiet and furnished with a wonderful taste. I have an 8-month-old baby, the lady gave me the opportunity to have a microwave to heat the baby food. The only flaw but really to say it all a basket is missing in the bathroom. Great breakfast with lots of choices. The possibility of making tea and coffee and biscuits or eating a slice of cake at any time. A large fridge to keep water or ready-to-eat food fresh. It was an unpleasant and relaxing stay.

K	Karen Stanley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful rooms in a lovely villa surrounding by a beautiful garden the gentleman that booked us in was very helpful and friendly our room had a balcony with a mosquito net bathroom had a good shower and was a pretty bathroom.Breakfast wad very good with plenty of options downstairs in a large kitchen area the communal areas were well decorated and there was a kitchen for drinks the bed and pillows were very comfy.Mestre itself has a couple of eaterys and a small supermarket we only stayed on our last night to fly home so we didn't go into Venice from here as we had stayed in Venice for the first part of our holiday.All in all I would recommend this apartment
