Attenti al link che inviano quando chiedete informazioni, è un modulo di prenotazione a tutti gli effetti e di questa cosa non ti avvisano. Leggete bene tutto prima di concludere con loro. Spiego Meglio: innanzitutto nessuno mi ha detto che era un contratto ma pensavo un preventivo poi , come da normativa di legge, i contratti fatti a distanza hanno 14gg di tempo come diritto di recesso senza alcuna penale in più nel vostro contratto è scritto chiaro che al punto 10.4 se disdetto entro 5gg non verrà addebitata alcuna spesa. In quanto alla recensione negativa che ho messo, io ho avvisato stamattina e lei mi hai risposto che mi avrebbe richiamato entro un ora invece nonostante i miei solleciti nelle successive 2 ore non ho ricevuto risposta. I suoi operatori sono educati e cortesi fino a quando si parla di vendita, mentre quando si parla di disdette o annullamenti il loro carattere cambia decisamente in peggio. E' comunque un mio diritto esprimere il mio pensiero su un fatto accaduto. Prenda pure qualsiasi provvedimento legale perchè ripeto è un mio diritto esprimere il mio punto di vista su un fatto a me accaduto.
