Si va qui pet mangiare come se fossi in casa propria. In casa può capitare talvolta un po' più di sale e un po più sugo ecc. Insommna incidenti casalinghi. Personalmsnte lo frequento dal 2012 anche più volte a settimana. Io dico vado a mangiare a casa. Poi il prezzo! Talvokta manco in panino. La vera e sottolineo vera cucina tipica marchigiana, semplice e saporita, un tuffo nel passato per chi, come me, andava a mangiare dalla nonna. Astenetevi quindi se siete alla ricerca di sofisticati piatti gourmet ma cannelloni e pollo arrosto sono vivamente consigliati. Infatti dagli arredi al menù sembra essere rimasti ai ruggenti anni ottanta. Potete scordarvi un menù scritto, le pietanze cambiano a seconda del periodo e sia delle portate che del vino si apprezza più la quantità che la raffinatezza. Sia chiaro, questo non è un male, anzi é la particolarità che caratterizza il locale, un tuffo nel passato alla riscoperta dei gusti delle Marche più veraci. Quarant'anni fà tutti i locali della zona assomigliavano a questo, il tempo li ha fatti modernizzare o chiudere, in pochissimi sono rimasti come baluardo di questo tipo di cucina, con i suoi pregi e difetti e la Cantinella é uno di questi.
