★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente semplice e cordiale sito al centro di Sarnano,cucina tipica marchigiana, tagliatelle tartufo molto buone , agnello scottadito buonissimo e tagliata di ottima qualità, tenerissima. (Unico appunto avrei preferito dei calici per il vino e non delle piccole coppette, la tovaglia di carta non la amo. )
Simple and friendly environment located in the center of Sarnano, typical Marche cuisine, very good truffle tagliatelle, very good and high quality sliced lamb, very tender. (Only note I would have preferred glasses for wine and not small cups, I don't love the paper tablecloth.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Albergo Ristorante nel centro di Sarnano, in una zona tranquilla del paese. Abbiamo mangiato una delle migliori tagliate della zona, la carne era davvero di ottima qualità, cotta a puntino e condita con una salsa ai funghi porcini da leccarsi i baffi.
Il locale è accogliente, non grandissimo, ma il titolare e la ragazza al servizio a tavola ci hanno fatto sentire "a casa". Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo, assolutamente consigliato
Hotel Restaurant in the center of Sarnano, in a quiet area of the town. We ate one of the best tagliata in the area, the meat was really of excellent quality, cooked to perfection and topped with a mouth-watering porcini mushroom sauce.
The place is welcoming, not very big, but the owner and the girl serving at the table made us feel "at home". Excellent quality / price ratio, absolutely recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're a tourist to the region and you've stumble on Ai Pini you are a lucky traveler. Go early and stay late. Service is excellent but not rushed. Everything is local - the service, the owner / chef, the recipes and the ingredients. You will not be served any tourist meals like you might get in Bologna or Roma. I've had wonderful meals in both places. This is different. Do not expect a fancy interior. Do not expect a recipe typical to Piemonte. This is a Marchegian experience - rural, local, authentic cuisine served by and enjoyed with local residents. We've eaten at this restaurant a dozen times. The core of the menu is great. Special item pop up on the menu depending on what is available at market on that day. Like you've been invited to someones home for dinner. On of our favorites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food! Possibly the best pasta we've had yet in Italy. Locally sourced ingredients, and a very friendly and helpful staff. I only wish they served breakfast so we could stop through again tomorrow morning.
