N	Nicola Longo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato due volte. Cena in una fredda sera d'autunno e pranzo in una calda giornata d'agosto. Uno spettacolo senza paragoni sempre! Tanto per i locali conservati in un'atmosfera medievale, quanto per la cucina... Semplici antipasti capaci di avvalorare il gusto di semplici verdure e ortaggi locali e non; già, Pino, il proprietario, tra gli antipasti e i piatti tipici della tradizione marchigiana, ci ha fatto assaggiare anche un piatto del suo paese d'origine lasciandoci apprezzare l'unicità della cucina italiana. Il locale è parte del Castello Pallotta, pertanto non gli si può chiedere accessi semplici alle varie zone (tipo il bagno, ubicato in fondo a una stretta scalinata). Infine, ma non da ultimo, abbiamo apprezzato la chiarezza, la disponibilità e la semplice simpatia dei camerieri e del proprietario che con la sua evidente passione, dava un prezioso esempio fra i tavoli. Fantastici! I've been there twice. Dinner on a cold autumn evening and lunch on a warm August day. A show without comparison always! Both for the rooms preserved in a medieval atmosphere, as for the cuisine ... Simple appetizers capable of enhancing the taste of simple local and non-local vegetables; already, Pino, the owner, among the appetizers and typical dishes of the Marche tradition, also made us taste a dish from his country of origin, letting us appreciate the uniqueness of Italian cuisine. The restaurant is part of the Pallotta Castle, therefore it cannot be asked for simple access to the various areas (such as the bathroom, located at the bottom of a narrow staircase). Last but not least, we appreciated the clarity, availability and simple friendliness of the waiters and the owner who, with his evident passion, gave a precious example among the tables. Fantastic!
