Abbiamo preso un buon antipasto della casa in due, due ottimi ravioli di ricotta funghi e tartufo ( con tartufo nero e non crema ) , due verdure strascinati fresche e buone accompagnati da bruschette col loro olio nuovo. La signora faceva tutto, prendere ordini, cucinare e incassare, il marito pigramente alimentava il fuoco per la cottura alla brace. Non abbiamo mangiato carne ma dovrebbe essere uno dei punti di forza. Prezzi onesti. Son le donne che reggono il mondo... True family management. We took a good house appetizer for two, two excellent ravioli with ricotta mushrooms and truffles (with black truffle and not cream), two fresh and good strascinati vegetables accompanied by bruschetta with their new oil. The lady did everything, take orders, cook and collect, her husband lazily fed the fire for grilling. We didn't eat meat but it should be one of the strong points. Honest prices. It is the women who rule the world ...

Nel cuore delle Marche, a Serrapetrona, a due passi dalle cantine della Vernaccia DOC, il Ristorante Petronius mi ha colpito positivamente. Tagliatelle fatte in casa (veramente!) con un tartufo delizioso e una tagliata di vitello cotta alla brace e molto tenera! Grazie, siamo stati bene! A cuisine that tastes of tradition, culture, attachment to the land. In the heart of the Marche region, in Serrapetrona, a stone's throw from the Vernaccia DOC cellars, the Petronius Restaurant impressed me positively. Homemade tagliatelle (really!) With a delicious truffle and a cut of veal cooked on the grill and very tender! Thanks, we had a good time!

Dolci fatti in casa. Lista dei vini ben assortita tra produzioni locali e non. Family-run restaurant with excellent dishes based on mushrooms and truffles with homemade pasta and grilled meat cooked perfectly in a beautiful open fireplace. Homemade sweets. Buoni anche i dolci, tra i primi ci sono piaciute particolarmente le tagliatelle con castagne, funghi e salsiccia. Ottima la vernaccia secca che abbiamo preso! We ate well, the meat is cooked really well! The desserts are also good, among the first we particularly liked the tagliatelle with chestnuts, mushrooms and sausage. The dry Vernaccia we took was excellent!
