Nella tariffa unica che pago, non certo economica, pensavo che fosse all inclusive. Invece, prima ho scoperto che le telefonate erano con lo scatto alla risposta (pensare che il precedente piano era all inclusive) ed ora, dopo sei mesi, scopro che anche per le telefonate verso i cellulari devo pagare sia lo scatto alla risposta che la tariffa per la conversazione .... Oggi ho aperto un reclamo alla Vodafone a cui ho detto che a breve perderà 4 clienti.... Un consiglio leggete meglio i contratti ..
