v	vale curziosc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oltre ad essere lenti hanno un personale incompetente e sfaticato, oggi è venuto un loro operatore a mettere la linea il quale si è rifiutato di salire su un tetto alto come uno scalino perché aveva paura...... dopo aver aspettato un mese l'intervento ho chiamato la telecom che prontamente mi ha detto che senza problemi i loro operatori salgono sui tetti facendo quel tipo mestiere la mi sembra ovvio! io direi a Fastweb di cambiare mestiere in qualunque città d'italia in cui ho vissuto la costante è stata la loro incompetenza . in addition to being slow, they have incompetent and lazy staff, today one of their operators came to put the line and he refused to climb a roof as high as a step because he was afraid ...... after waiting a month there 'intervention I called the telecom who promptly told me that without problems their operators go up on the roofs doing that kind of job it seems obvious to me!
