Già dal contatto telefonico gentilissimi, hanno cercato di individuare il problema in base alle mie spiegazioni della criticità, mi hanno detto di passare con il dispositivo. In 5 minuti hanno risolto il problema e non hanno voluto alcun pagamento. Davvero una gentilezza ed una competenza che non dimenticherò. Consigliatissimi. Grazie. I turned to C&C for device assistance. Already from the very kind telephone contact, they tried to identify the problem based on my explanations of the criticality, they told me to go with the device. Il tecnico non ha preso il telefono in assistenza per una presunta ammaccatura sulla scocca dove si inserisce la sim. Era impercettibile. Inoltre mi diede molto fastidio il modo con cui si è espresso un signore del piano di sotto. Il livello è basso, ora mi spiego perché non siete un Apple store ufficiale. L’iPhone mi è stato sostituito grazie all’assistenza di Apple che ha ritirato con il corriere. Detto ciò siete il degrado. Potete solo, forse, vendere i prodotti e sicuramente prendere in giro i clienti ingenui. Da me volevate 360€. Come se non bastasse, non rispondevano al telefono e alle email. Praticamente andai da Amalfi a vuoto. Ora scrivo questa recensione dal mio iPhone 12 NUOVO. Ho detto tutto. Cordiali saluti.
