Idoctors l’ha riparato in meno di 3 ore =) Made repairs of Ic Audio on IPhone 7, work done in an excellent way, while other shops had returned the terminal as not repairable. A	Antonella Leone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non consiglio assolutamente questo negozio. Vi racconto la mia esperienza il 7 giugno porto in negozio a Salerno un iPhone 8 plus che mi era caduto in acqua. Iniziano a passare i giorni e non ricevendo notizie provo a telefonare, mi dicono che ci vuole tempo che c'è molto lavoro da fare per via dell'acqua che era entrata all'interno. Allora resto di nuovo in attesa di ricevere aggiornamenti. Passano altri giorni e ancora nulla, dunque provo a richiamare di nuovo ricevendo sempre la stessa risposta (sarebbe dovuto arrivare un pezzo di ricambio.) Nel frattempo era già passato un mese. Inizio a chiamare abitualmente circa una volta a settimana (ricevendo sempre la stessa risposta..) nel frattempo passano 2 mesi e alla fine arriviamo al terzo mese.. Dopo tutto questo tempo ad aspettare e nessuna risposta valida (a parte la solita storia del pezzo che deve arrivare) ho deciso di ritirare il cellulare non riparato. Mi reco in negozio e alla restituzione mi accorgo che il cellulare non era mio, mi dicono che era impossibile. Viene chiamato il tecnico che si giustifica dicendo che aveva confuso il mio iPhone 8 plus rosa con un quest'altro iPhone 8 plus rosa essendo uguali. Dunque vado via senza cellulare, per poi finalmente ritornare oggi e ritirare il mio cellulare (non riparato) dopo 3 mesi. Ma almeno mi hanno restituito il mio e non quello di qualcun altro per errore. Insomma se tenete al vostro cellulare non vi consiglio di recarvi in questo negozio. I go to the shop and on return I realize that the cell phone was not mine, they tell me it was impossible. The technician is called who justifies himself by saying that he had confused my pink iPhone 8 plus with this other pink iPhone 8 plus being the same. So I leave without my cell phone, only to finally come back today and pick up my cell phone (not repaired) after 3 months. But at least they returned mine and not someone else's by mistake. In short, if you keep your cell phone, I don't recommend going to this shop.
