Oltretutto devo fare particolare menzione ai gestori che sono, oltre che simpatici, prodi a dare maggiori informazioni e consigli. Ho amato, anche se non lo si direbbe, in particolar modo il loro bag in box del Sidro di mele. Inoltre tengono anche altri piccoli prodotti che sono una delizia (Lorenzo a buon ragione mi ha consigliato una marmellata di limoni che è una vera squisitezza). Punto a favore anche per la loro politica attenta all'ecologia e sostenibilità. Infatti è da loro possibile riempire le bottiglie di modo che ci sia meno spreco, oltre che consegnare tappi di sughero che verranno riciclati. Aggiungo che sono un locale bike friendly, breast feeding friendly e dog friendly. Da aggiungere inoltre che organizzano spesso bellissimi eventi per coinvolgere la comunità delle vie intorno. E poi ci sono in Bag in Box e ultimamente anche i Quartin (vini in lattina) di Refosco, Sauvignon e ribolla gialla, molto pratici per i picnic e per gli ipocondriaci in tempo di pandemia. Ma il punto di forza della bottega, oltre alla estrema cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità di Lorenzo e Andrea (più spesso in Washington) e all'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, è la grande attenzione alla sostenibilità ambientale (da sempre e non solo da adesso): riciclo delle bottiglie, raccolta dei tappi, consegne in città in bici. E le mamme che devono allattare sono le benvenute, come pure i quattrozampe pelosi. Large choice of wines, in bulk and in bottles, mostly from small local producers, all of excellent quality.
