I titolari sono persone competenti e preparate. Non sono soli dei commercianti ma dei professionisti appassionati.
Private il pare' di anatra e maiale circondato da una robusta cornice di gelatina e pepe. A casa scegliete se mantenere il pepe o toglierli ahah, ma il pate' e' avvincente come un romanzo. Il manicaretto ha origine Ucraina e Pendryk ne parla con orgoglio (ricetta materna!!!!). Eh si qui i titolari non si limitano ad acquistare e rivendere ma diventano protagonisti nella preparazione di specialita', quando il tempi lo permette. Questo aspetto non e' da tutti. Ho comprato anche pate' di vitello (delicato e raffinato) e formaggi francesi selezionati. Ma non voglio raccontarvi tutto, andateci!!!!

The owners are competent and prepared people. They are not just traders but passionate professionals.
Private the duck and pork pare 'surrounded by a robust frame of jelly and pepper. At home you choose whether to keep the pepper or remove them haha, but the pate 'is as compelling as a novel. The dish has Ukrainian origins and Pendryk proudly speaks of it (maternal recipe !!!!). Yes, here the owners do not just buy and resell but become protagonists in the preparation of specialties, when time permits. This aspect is not for everyone. I also bought veal pate (delicate and refined) and selected French cheeses. But I don't want to tell you everything, go there !!!!
