★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestellvorgang und Bezahlung waren bei allen drei bisher getätigten Bestellungen absolut problemlos, das Tracking der Sendung kleinschrittig und recht präzise. Die Lieferung nach Deutschland dauerte Dank GLS jeweils nur vier Werktage. Das geht auch innerhalb Deutschlands mit DHL nicht schneller. Das von mir bestellte Messer ist wieder ein Traum und erfüllt zu 100% meine Erwartungen.
Fazit: La Bottega del Coltello ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert !

Thanks to GLS, delivery to Germany only took four working days. This doesn't go any faster with DHL, even within Germany. The knife I ordered is a dream again and 100% meets my expectations.

Mi avevano parlato della disponibilità, cortesia e professionalità del proprietario ma solo quando ho avuto modo di parlarci per l acquisto di un fodero per mi sono reso conto della sua genuina onestà.
Difficile al giorno d' oggi trovare persone così competenti appassionate e disponibili nei confronti del cliente per qualsiasi esigenza, anche quelle minori.
