★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben von einem auf den anderen Tag einen Termin für die Montage eines Windshild für unsere Vespa GTS erhalten. Heute dort angekommen hat der Chef schon auf uns gewartet, ohne Bürokratie den Schlüssel übernommen und uns zum Eis essen geschickt. Nach einer halben Stunde stand unsere Vespa fertig und perfekt im Laden. Der Preis wie zugesagt und der Chef hat uns die Vespa noch auf die Straße gerollt. Ein Trinkgeld wollte er nicht annehmen. Ich hoffe ich habe ihn nicht beleidigt. Danke danke danke für den perfekten Service. Ich komme selber aus dem Kundendienst und kann mir sagen, wir kommen wieder.

Entrando per chiedere informazioni riguardo al Vespa 300, la titolare, molto gentile, ha spiegato in modo esaustivo tutte le recenti caratteristiche dei nuovi modelli esposti. Ho trovato molto interessante anche le varie promozioni e formule di pagamento. Da tenere in considerazione.

Concessionaria Piaggio e Officina di media/piccola superfice dove il titolare artigiano meccanico (mi sembra si chiami Umberto) ti accoglie con simpatia e giusta professionalità.
Negozio con annessa officina a vista con relativo profumo di olio, gomme ecc. e rumore di attrezzi.
Sembra di entrare proprio in una rara attività ormai quasi estinta.
Professionalmente molto capace, onesto, puntuale e disponiibile.
Mi ha rimesso a nuovo il mio scooter gravemente sinistrato da un incontro ravvicinato con un'autovettura e la mia viva soddisfazione è data anche dal constatare l'onestà, il garbo, la modestia e non ultima...l'umiltà.
Molto bravo Signor Zambelli.
