Dopo addirittura 1 settimana di attesa vado a ritirare l'oggetto e mi viene restituito senza NESSUNA AFFILATURA e con un biglietto con scritto "NON CONVIENE". Dopo 15 minuti dove inutilmente tento di far capire loro che oltre a non avermi avvertito, non avermi interpellato e avermi fatto perdere 1 settimana ( il concetto base è che non si trattava che fosse possibile o meno ma che il tecnico di laboratorio, ricordo previa conferma del negozio che invece l'affilatura era sicuramente possibile, ha deciso ARBITRARIAMENTE di non eseguire l'affilatura, me ne vado a mani vuote. Vorrei ricordarvi che IO SONO IL CLIENTE IO PAGO IO DECIDO SE CONVIENE O MENO; al limite sarebbe stato saggio chiedermi conferma non dimostrarsi talmente INETTI. Come si può pensare di applicare un'etichetta, con colla simile, su una superficie che deve andare sopra un'alta fonte di calore? Salvo raccomandare di lavare la moka solo con acqua? Comunque sia, penso di chiedere lumi al negozio in cui l'ho acquistata e qui viene il bello, il commesso cade dal pero e fornisce la classica risposta "tipicamente italiana": nessuno, prima d'ora, si è mai lamentato di questo problema, che sta per "io il problema non so come risolverlo", arrangiati come hanno fatto gli altri. I prodotti sono di altissima qualità e il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. Il luogo in cui si trova è bellissimo e l’atmosfera è magica, proprio da “bottega” di una volta. Si tratta di una vera e propria istituzione padovana. Assolutamente consigliato.
