★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi buoni e tanto assortimento per i nostri amici a 4 zampe. Non tanto comodo per parcheggiare la macchina perché vicino alla scuola ma se capita, perché non fermarsi ! A me piace !
 Good prices and lots of assortment for our 4-legged friends. Not so convenient to park the car because it's close to the school but if it happens, why not stop! I like !

Professionally trained and kind people, they have a nice shop with a great assortment, the only drawback is to find the parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nessuna assistenza da parte del personale, due signore impegnare a rifornire gli scaffali, sono stato due volte in questo negozio e non tornerò più, preferisco andare da ARCAPLANET O altro negozio molto lontani da casa mia. L'ultima volta ho chiesto di una lettiera BUONA ripeto BUONA per gatti, e la signora che riforniva mi ha indicato con il braccio "le lettiere sono laggiu " e mi ha mandato una ragazza in apprebdistato che ne sapeva meno di me !!! esperienza negativa, capisco che il negozio abbia dei problemi logisti, essendo a U ma questi non deve influire sull'accoglienza clienti !!. Sono un cliente,non sono esperto, e desidererei condizionale essere seguito negli acquisti. Mi dispiace di essere stato trattato in questo modo, spenderò i miei soldi il altri negozi, dove pur essendo molto più grandi e con problemi logistici superiori, sono molto più cordiali delle due signore addette alla vendita !!! saluti

no assistance from staff, two ladies bind to replenish the shelves, I have been to this shop twice and will never come back, I prefer to go to ARCAPLANET OR other shop very far from my home. The last time I asked for a GOOD litter box, I repeat GOOD for cats, and the lady who supplied me indicated with her arm "the litter boxes are over there" and sent me a girl in apprenticeship who knew less than me !!! negative experience, I understand that the shop has logistic problems, being in U but these must not affect customer reception !!. I am a customer, I am not an expert, and I would like conditionally to be followed in the purchases. I'm sorry I was treated like this, I will spend my money in the other shops, where despite being much larger and with higher logistical problems, they are much more cordial than the two ladies in charge of the sale !!! I am a regular customer. The ladies are very kind, generous with useful advice and always patient and smiling. When I have a problem with one of my dogs, Ms. Lara is a certainty. The home delivery is very useful, however free.
