Ieri 22 ottobre 2018 ho acquistato un trasportino per il mio cane che ha difficoltà a camminare, premetto che sono di passaggio e quindi non una loro cliente. L’ oggetto in questione è risultato avere qualche problema di fabbrica (può succedere). Sono ritornata il giorno dopo e ho trovato una disponibilità più unica che rara. Mi hanno sostituito il trolley ma siccome non era immediatamente disponibile, hanno cercato di riparare quello difettoso, riuscendoci, in modo che io potessi utilizzarlo nell’attesa di quello nuovo. Posso dire che è molto difficile incontrare tanta gentilezza. Un piccola situazione di difficoltà si è rivelata un’esperienza che mi ha riempito il cuore. Ci sono ancora brave persone. Grazie Ginni. Yesterday 22 October 2018 I bought a carrier for my dog who has difficulty walking, I state that I am passing through and therefore not one of their customers. The object in question turned out to have some manufacturing problems (it can happen). I returned the next day and found a more unique than rare availability. They replaced my trolley but since it was not immediately available, they tried to repair the defective one, succeeding, so that I could use it while waiting for the new one. I can say that it is very difficult to find such kindness. A small difficult situation turned out to be an experience that filled my heart. There are still good people. Thanks Ginni.

N	Nero Lawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un coniglio nano per poi scoprire dal veterinario che: -era più piccolo dell'età che mi avevano detto al negozio (c'è un'età minima per poterlo vendere) -mi hanno detto di dargli il mangime per roditori quando in realtà non gli fa bene -mi hanno venduto una gabbia minuscola dicendo che andava bene. Dopo tre mesi il coniglio è cresciuto e ho dovuto comprarne una nuova Tirando le somme, lo staff è gentile ma a giudicare da quel che mi hanno detto ho i miei dubbi che non trattino gli animali come pura merce. In generale ci sono un sacco di posti dove poter adottare i conigli (e gli altri animali).
