Ho acquistato un regalo per Natale (assieme ad altri prodotti) 1 mese fa e mi è stato detto che SENZA PROBLEMI potevo cambiarlo, tanto che mi è stato fatto uno scontrino regalo specifico per quel prodotto. Torno oggi, primo giorno disponibile dopo natale, e mi viene detto in modo poco gentile che è già passato un mese e non potevo più fare il cambio. Non contesto la "regola" del mese, ma il fatto che mi sono sentita molto presa in giro

I bought a gift for Christmas (along with other products) 1 month ago and I was told that WITHOUT PROBLEMS I could change it, so much so that I was given a specific gift receipt for that product.
