La responsabile è molto gentile e disponibile, mi ha spiegato tantissime cose e mi ha tratta benissimo. È stata talmente gentile e professionale che mi ha consigliato dei prodotti che ho acquistato volentieri.
 I went there once on vacation, saw it in the mall and jumped into it, found it very welcoming and spotless. The manager is very kind and helpful, she explained a lot of things to me and treated me very well. She was so kind and professional that she recommended products that I gladly bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dicembre ho provato a chiamare per un appuntamento e informazioni di un trattamento viso ma la signora che ha risposto al telefono non so a cosa pensasse, so che non ho capito nulla di quello che ha detto. Poi parlando con un’amica che c’è andata mi ha sconsigliato questo posto per vari motivi quindi ho proprio lasciato stare l’appuntamento. Ero di passaggio e dovevo fare un regalo ad un’amica a Natale e sono entrata ma: volevo solo una crema e volevano darmi anche altre creme da mettere insieme, diciamo che ho preso la crema perché stanca dell’insistenza della titolare o non so chi fosse la signora. Sconsiglio vivamente il posto
In December I tried to call for an appointment and information about a facial but the lady who answered the phone I don't know what she was thinking, I know I didn't understand anything she said. Then talking to a friend who went there she advised me against this place for various reasons so I just left the appointment alone. I was passing through and I had to give a gift to a friend at Christmas and I went in but: I just wanted a cream and they also wanted to give me other creams to put together, let's say I took the cream because I was tired of the owner's insistence or I don't know who was the lady. I strongly advise against the place

Nonostante fossi già stata cliente, ogni volta rimango super soddisfatta della professionalità del personale, dei servizi e di come ci si dimentichi di essere all'interno di un centro commerciale.
Locali igienizzato e molta attenzione alle norme igieniche del momento.
ANDRESA è stata pazzesca, molto gentile e delicatissima nei confronti della mia particolare situazione! Mi dispiace non essere riuscita a farle i complimenti di persona, ma appena uscita ero "su un altro pianeta".
Consiglio questa struttura a tutti!!

Although I had already been a customer, every time I am super satisfied with the professionalism of the staff, the services and how you forget you are inside a shopping center.
Sanitized rooms and a lot of attention to the hygiene rules of the moment.
ANDRESA was crazy, very kind and very delicate towards my particular situation! I'm sorry I wasn't able to compliment her in person, but as soon as I left I was "on another planet".
I recommend this property to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato vari trattamenti, e tante volte mi sono chiesta come mai i prezzi siano più alti rispetto ad altri centri estetici (non molto, di qualche euro), ma a lungo termine mi sono accorta che i soldi spesi qui valgono davvero il servizio per cui vanno spesi, e alla fine ci sono sempre tornata. Il solarium ti dà risultati duraturi rispetto ad altri centri estetici dove la seduta costa meno, ma ti dà effetti solo nelle prime giornate (se non solo per le prime ore); l'epilazione con la "Skin" è delicatissima (le ragazze durante il trattamento ti parlano e ti fanno sentire a tuo agio); ora sto provando il laser a diodo ma ormai il mio centro estetico di fiducia è qui! Il personale è preparato al meglio a qualsiasi domanda e molto disponibile in caso di cambio appuntamento (se per caso come me lavorate a turni sempre diversi).

The solarium gives you lasting results compared to other beauty centers where the session costs less, but gives you effects only in the first days (if not only for the first hours); epilation with the "Skin" is very delicate (the girls talk to you during the treatment and make you feel at ease); now I'm trying the diode laser but now my trusted beauty center is here! The staff is well prepared for any questions and very helpful in case of change of appointment (if by chance, like me, you always work in different shifts).
