★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una giacchetta per il compleanno di mia mamma, non avendo disponibili tutte le taglie la commessa mi ha rassicurata dicendomi di prenderla xk nel frattempo loro avrebbero ordinato da un altro negozio la taglia che mi serviva, di fare intanto il regalo e entro 14gg cambiarlo. Tornata dopo 1 settimana trovo un altra ragazza che mi dice che il computer non gli mostrava per niente disponibile quel modello di giacca. Ho chiesto se c'era uno simile, l'ho acquistato chiedendo sempre se era possibile ricambiarlo se non fosse andato bene e la risposta è stata si con la scusa delle festività natalizie hai un mese di tempo..tornata oggi dopo una settimana sempre..mi trovo la stessa commessa che, con la stessa scusa del computer che non dava disponibili le taglie i modelli, mi ha fatto prendere altro per arrivare alla cifra spesa, xk non era possibile lasciare i soldi apparte e aspettare i nuovi arrivi.. dicendomi alla fine che addirittura non potevano fare un cambio su cambio. Mi sono sentita veramente presa ingiro. Insoddisfatta in tutto per tutto. Meno male che ho trovato questo paio di pantaloni neri che piacevano a mia mamma..se no veramente mi sarei trovata in crisi xk non hanno chissà che roba di qualità..tutte cose che trovi anche dai cinesi...e le cose della only..mai disponibili apparte quello che gia hanno. Secondo me non avevano tanta voglia di stare la a disturbRsi di trovarmi quello che realmente mi piaceva.
I bought a jacket for my mother's birthday, not having all the sizes available, the saleswoman reassured me by telling me to take it xk in the meantime they would have ordered the size I needed from another store, in the meantime to make the gift and change it within 14 days . Back after 1 week I find another girl who tells me that the computer did not show him that model of jacket available at all. I asked if there was a similar one, I bought it always asking if it was possible to return it if it didn't go well and the answer was yes with the excuse of the Christmas holidays you have a month of time .. back today after a week always. .I find myself the same saleswoman who, with the same excuse as the computer that did not give the sizes and models available, made me take something else to get to the amount spent, xk it was not possible to leave the money aside and wait for new arrivals .. telling me in the end they couldn't even make a change on change. I really felt cheated. Dissatisfied in everything for everything. Luckily I found this pair of black pants that my mom liked .. if not really I would have found myself in crisis xk they don't have who knows what quality stuff .. all things you can also find from the Chinese ... and only things .. never available except what they already have. In my opinion they didn't really want to be there bothering to find me what I really liked.

Le ragazze sono molto cordiali e gentili e soprattutto hanno molta pazienza!!! Anche avendo provato mezzo negozio la ragazza che mi ha servito non si è mai spazientita!!!

Ho trovato un vestito che mi piaceva ma nn c’era la taglia che mi serviva e Silvia, penso si chiami la ragazza che mi ha servito, si è subito mossa chiamando altri negozi, per trovare chi aveva la disponibilità di quel capo della mia taglia!!! In pochi negozi trovi ragazze così gentili e carine che si rendono disponibili al 100% cercando di poter soddisfare tutte le richieste del cliente!!! Sono rimasta molto contenta e tornerò sicuramente a fare altri acquisti!
Excellent quality price !!!! I found a dress that I liked but there wasn't the size I needed and Silvia, I think her name is the girl who served me, she immediately moved calling other shops, to find who had the availability of that garment in my size !!! In few shops you will find girls so kind and cute that they are 100% available trying to satisfy all the customer's requests !!! I was very happy and will definitely be back to make other purchases!
