Una delle commesse l' ha imballato senza nemmeno pulirlo dopo aver detto che lo pulivo e provarlo. Arrivio e non funziona. Lo riporto indietro per farmi fare il reso e dicono che non possono perché hanno accordi con
l' azienda. Accordi senza senso perché poi la casa madre ci ha messo un sacco di tempo ad essere disposta a fare un rimborso che chissà quando arriverà. A dir poco infastidito.
Per lo meno una delle commesse ha cercato di risolvere il problema ma chi gestisci questo sistema deve assolutamente migliorare questi problemi.
They gave us a discount on a vacuum cleaner because it was the last piece. I had never taken it. One of the shop assistants packed it without even cleaning it after saying I was cleaning it and trying it out. I arrive and it doesn't work. I bring it back for me to do the return and they say they can't because they have agreements with
the company. Agreements without sense because then the parent company took a lot of time to be willing to make a refund that who knows when it will arrive. Annoyed to say the least.
At least one of the orders has tried to solve the problem but whoever manages this system must absolutely improve these problems.
