★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio risulta decisamente più ordinato rispetto al passato, i reparti sono ben suddivisi e ordinati. La scelta e la qualità della merce è discreta. Non lo frequento abitualmente, ma ogni volta ho trovato cortesia e disponibilità da parte delle commesse, in particolar modo Vanietta e Mara alla quale ho chiesto il nome appositamente per ringraziarle della loro gentilezza in questa recensione.
The shop is decidedly neater than in the past, the departments are well divided and tidy. The choice and quality of the goods is discreet. I don't usually attend it, but every time I have found courtesy and helpfulness on the part of the orders, especially Vanietta and Mara, whose name I specifically asked to thank them for their kindness in this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che vado in questo negozio e il personale è, ogni volta, scortese, soprattutto quello in cassa (dell'ordine che nemmeno salutano i clienti. La scorsa settimana vi era una ragazza giovane -nuova- che invece era gentile). Nei camerini vi è sempre molta polvere per terra. Tra la merce in saldo si trovano spesso capi rovinati (fili visibilmente tirati o proprio con buchi). In sé il negozio è ampio e con molta scelta. Un gran peccato. Rispetto al punto vendita di Sacile si nota la differenza direttoriale, in quanto si trova un ambiente molto ordinato e pulito, con personale cortese, com'è giusto che sia in una attività a contatto con il pubblico.
I've been going to this shop for years and the staff are rude every time, especially the one at the cashier (they don't even greet customers in the order. Last week there was a young girl - new - who was nice instead). In the dressing rooms there is always a lot of dust on the floor. Among the goods on sale there are often damaged garments (threads visibly pulled or precisely with holes). The shop itself is large and with a lot of choice. A great pity. Compared to the Sacile store, the managerial difference is noted, as there is a very tidy and clean environment, with courteous staff, as it should be in an activity in contact with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato con mia moglie per acquistare un vestito da cerimonia, purtroppo come al solito il personale è scadente, scorbutico e poco professionale, sembra che ti stanno facendo un piacere, probabilmente sono in burout? Secondo me è meglio che il personale (se non sono autonomi) va formato e cercare anche fingendo, un rapporto con il cliente più empatico. Grazie
I have been with my wife to buy a formal dress, unfortunately as usual the staff are poor, grumpy and unprofessional, it seems that they are doing you a favor, they are probably in burout? In my opinion it is better that the staff (if they are not autonomous) should be trained and also try to pretend, a more empathic relationship with the customer. Thank you
