I really like Yamamay products because they are of good quality and remain beautiful over time, maybe they have less choice of products than other brands but they are of better quality!

Magari è la responsabile del negozio perché non penso che una "semplice" commessa si permetta di dire certe cose. Stavo provando un costume, la prima di una brasiliana con i laccetti mi stava un po' grande e lei mi mi dice "le brasiliane taglia 12 anni non le facciamo mica". Complimenti per la gentilezza e la professionalità. Per la cronaca ho 26 anni e la seconda di un altro modello di brasiliana andava benissimo. Sono sconcertata dalla risposta offensiva che ho ricevuto. Saleswoman, grumpy and sour, too bad she doesn't know her name. Maybe she's the store manager because I don't think a "simple" order would allow her to say certain things. I was trying on a costume, the first of a brazilian with laces was a little big and she told me "the Brazilian women are 12 years old we don't do them". Congratulations on your kindness and professionalism. For the record, I'm 26 and the second of another Brazilian model was fine. I am shocked by the offensive response I received.

Sono tornata dopo Natale per un cambio di reggiseno e stavolta ho trovato come commessa una ragazza mora, veramente gentile e competente!!!! Tornerò sicuramente perché mi sono sentita "coccolata". Appena entrata lo sguardo della commessa (mora di capelli) diceva tutto.. Non ho fatto a tempo a chiedere a cosa ero interessata per il primo regalo che mi ha detto seccamente "sto chiudendo!!!". Le ho detto che mi serviva anche un secondo regalo e che mentre mi facevo un'idea, mi poteva tranquillamente confezionare il regalo che avevo già scelto. "Signora sto chiudendo !!" mi ha detto una seconda volta.. Ho scelto di fretta il secondo regalo, proprio perché mi serviva e sono andata alla cassa.. A quel punto le ho chiesto la confezione regalo e ha preso delle semplici borsette Yamamay. Le ho chiesto se aveva due ciocche e mi ha detto di no. Ho buttato l'occhio e aveva delle borsette regalo a tema Natale. Per cui gliele ho chieste.. " ma queste sono a pagamento !!!" ha detto.. Ma perché non me la proposte??? Non è nell'interesse della sua azienda vendere ??? Poi ha tergiversato dicendo che gli articoli da me acquistati erano troppo grandi per quelle borse.. e che mi avrebbe dato le borsette a parte perché stava chiudendo.. Ho dunque pagato. E a scontrino emesso, ho dovuto io chiederle lo scontrino regalo.. Era scocciata per tutto il tempo in cui sono rimasta in negozio e il suo unico pensiero era quello di chiudere.. Capisco che era tardi ma se il negozio è aperto fino alle 21.00 non significa che si possono fare acquisti fino a quell'ora?? L'ho trovata davvero indisponente e poco portata per questo lavoro.. Non tornerò più sicuramente in questo negozio! Grazie dell'attenzione. I went into the shop last week fifteen minutes from closing to buy a couple of gifts. I asked her if she had two strands and she said no. I threw the eye and had some Christmas themed gift bags. So I asked him for them .. "but these are paid !!!" he said.. But why don't you propose it to me ??? Isn't it in your company's interest to sell ??? Then he prevaricated saying that the items I bought were too big for those bags .. and that he would give me the bags separately because it was closing .. I therefore paid. And once the receipt was issued, I had to ask you for the gift receipt .. She was annoyed the whole time I was in the shop and her only thought was to close .. I understand it was late but if the shop is open until 9pm doesn't that mean you can shop until that time ?? I found her really annoying and not very talented for this job .. I will definitely not return to this shop again! Thanks for your attention.
