L’ho riportato per sistemarlo in garanzia, hanno ammesso che era danneggiato e non per colpa mia. Mi avevano detto che l’avrebbero sostituito con un’altro facendolo spedire dall’altro negozio Bluespirit. Poi si sono presentati dei problemi (il corriere aveva perso il pacco, non è mai arrivato), varie scuse, varie promesse (ne abbiamo trovato un altro mi informo e vi faccio sapere) e sono passati 2 mesi facendo io avanti indietro perché non ricevevo mai notizie da loro. Non mi hanno mai trovato una soluzione, nonostante la garanzia ho dovuto arrangiarmi per aggiustarlo. Bravi a vendere ma quando si presentano dei problemi scompaiono I bought a watch from them, brought home I discovered that the lock was damaged and did not stay closed. Then problems arose (the courier had lost the package, it never arrived), various excuses, various promises (we found another one, I tell you and let you know) and two months have gone by doing me backwards because I didn't receive never news from them. They never found a solution for me, despite the guarantee, I had to make do to fix it. Good at selling but when problems arise they disappear

Ho subito riportato indietro il prodotto munito di garanzia e scontrino: nonostante fosse evidente che il problema era dipeso da una cattiva gestione della batteria da parte del venditore Bluespirit (probabilmente tenuta attivata in attesa che il prodotto fosse venduto) hanno avuto il coraggio di addebitarmi la sostituzione della batteria. Per quanto il costo (7 euro) sia irrisorio, si tratta di una questione di principio: un venditore onesto e corretto deve sapersi assumere le proprie responsabilità e risponderne. Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto presso questa catena. Skagen watch battery exhausted 2 weeks after purchase. I immediately brought back the product with warranty and receipt: although it was evident that the problem was due to a bad battery management by the seller Bluespirit (probably kept activated pending that the product was sold) they had the courage to charge me for the battery replacement. Although the cost (7 euros) is negligible, it is a matter of principle: an honest and correct seller must know how to take responsibility and respond to it. I strongly advise against buying from this chain.
