★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente affezionata e mi sono sempre trovata bene in tutti i negozi. Ho acquistato per mezza Italia, avendo un lavoro itinerante per anni nei centri commerciali. Domenica mi sono recata qui a Conegliano (dove in passato ero già stata altre volte) e, mi sono trovata in mezzo ad una spiacevolissima situazione. Le commesse del negozio maleducatissime e scortesissime, dal primo momento che sono entrata. Una sul biondo robusta che mi ha strappato di mano le matite per rimetterle nel vano, senza ne prego ne grazie. Un'altra che provando gli ombretti è venuta dicendo quale mi interessava, guardandomi fino a che non riponevo la palette. Infine la terza che è venuta dicendo che la prova degli articoli, doveva avvenire solo in funzione di un acquisto. E quindi dovevo dirle quali articoli prendevo...che volevano evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti. Allucinante davvero. Sono stata dentro 10 minuti in tutto...avrei voluto comprare degli articoli, ma li di sicuro NO. Come si permettono di trattare i clienti in questo modo? Mi dispiace per Kiko, che ci rimette ad avere del personale così poco professionale e maleducato. Da denuncia direi, visto le pesanti accuse rivolte senza motivo. Io andrò in altri negozi, ma se fossi nella direzione prenderei seri provvedimenti !!!!!
I am a loyal customer and have always enjoyed working in all stores. I bought for half of Italy, having a traveling job for years in shopping centers. On Sunday I went here to Conegliano (where in the past I had already been before) and, I found myself in the middle of an unpleasant situation. The shop orders of the rude and very rude, from the first moment I entered. One on the sturdy blonde who snatched the pencils from my hand to put them back in the compartment, without I begs you thank you. Another one trying on the eyeshadows came saying what interested me, looking at me until I put away the palette. Finally, the third that came saying that the proof of the articles had to take place only as a function of a purchase. And so I had to tell her which articles I took ... that wanted to avoid unpleasant incidents. Really hallucinating. I was in 10 minutes in all ... I wanted to buy some articles, but for sure NO. How do they allow themselves to treat customers this way? I'm sorry for Kiko, who puts us off of having such unprofessional and rude staff. As a complaint, I would say, given the heavy accusations made without reason. I will go to other stores, but if I were in the direction I would take serious action !!!!!
