★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruschette e fetta di carne con patatine fritte nella media, forse più da pub che da ristorante. Prezzi un filino cari in relazione alla location piuttosto rustica. La pedana esterna, dove ho cenato, ospita solo un paio di tavoli ed è migliorabile. Forse tornerò in futuro per provare la qualità della pizza (fanno tanto asporto).
 Average bruschetta and steak with fries, perhaps more pub than restaurant. Prices a tad expensive in relation to the rather rustic location. The outdoor platform, where I dined, has only a couple of tables and can be improved. Maybe I'll come back in the future to try the quality of the pizza (they do a lot of takeout).

Friendliness and sympathy distinguishes this restaurant. Excellent baked chicken I highly recommend it. Even the non-Neapolitan pizza is good and digestible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se la sera ti trovi a passare per Castel di Sangro e senti un languore ...beh prova a dare un occhiata a l'Artigiano della Pizza. Pizza ho scritto, con la maiuscola e non per refuso, di seguito ti dirò perché.
Per ora prendi nota che dare un occhiata va bene, ma per mangiare è più sicuro prenotare.
Il locale è abbastanza ampio, ma i tavoli sono molto distanziati, con spazio anche all'esterno, il personale è cortese, l'attesa per il cibo è un tantino lunga, ma ne vale la pena.
Veniamo al più bello..la Pizza.
Di misura ruota di carro, con pasta leggerissima, il cornicione è croccante, cosa che potrebbe dare fastidio ai puristi, ma il sapore è sublime!
Ingredienti saporitissimi e freschi. La pizza con la scarola, scarulella mi sembra chiamarsi, è unica.
I prezzi sembrano più alti della media di quelli, ad esempio, napoletani, ma sono bassi se si raffrontano alla qualità!
Si può mangiare anche altro, non ho provato, ma a giudicare dalla voracità con cui mio figlio ha divorato un piatto di verdura in padella, dovrebbe essere all'altezza della Signora Pizza.
If in the evening you find yourself passing through Castel di Sangro and feel a languor ... well try to take a look at the Artigiano della Pizza. Pizza I wrote, with a capital letter and not by typo, I'll tell you why below.
For now take note that taking a look is fine, but to eat, it's safer to book.
The place is quite large, but the tables are very spaced, with space also outside, the staff is courteous, the wait for food is a bit long, but it's worth it.
We come to the most beautiful .. the Pizza.
Wagon wheel size, with very light dough, the cornice is crunchy, which might annoy purists, but the flavor is sublime!
Tasty and fresh ingredients. The pizza with escarole, scarulella seems to be called, is unique.
The prices seem higher than the average of, for example, Neapolitan ones, but they are low when compared to the quality!
You can also eat something else, I haven't tried, but judging by the voracity with which my son devoured a plate of vegetables in a pan, it should be as good as Mrs. Pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante pizzeria quasi mai affollato, gestito da persone enormemente cordiali e disponibili. Il cibo è ottimo ma soprattutto rimane ottimo durante tutto l'anno, rendendo il luogo una scelta molto affidabile sia per un pranzo sfizioso e rapido sia per una cena più importante. Gli ingredienti sono palesemente di prima scelta e la selezione di vini e birre è ampia. Consigliato nonostante altre recensioni mediocri, locale fortemente sottovalutato che meriterebbe sicuramente di più.
Pizza restaurant almost never crowded, run by extremely friendly and helpful people. The food is excellent but above all it remains excellent throughout the year, making the place a very reliable choice for both a tasty and quick lunch and for a more important dinner. The ingredients are clearly first choice and the selection of wines and beers is wide. Recommended despite other mediocre reviews, highly underrated venue that certainly deserves more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OUR FAVORITE PIZZA! We spent Christmas in Italy, but this place to us, had the best pizza. The atmosphere was laid back and the staff were friendly. They were great with our children. We bought local wine and kept going back. The Lasagna Pizza was my favorite!
