Le pizze sono ottime e gustose, preparate con materie prime eccezionali. L’impasto viene fatto lievitare 72 ore usando solo pasta madre.
Possibilità di richiedere le pizze con farine speciali, noi abbiamo provato la grezza.
Il proprietario è campione del mondo di pizza fritta e l’anno scorso ha anche vinto il “masters of pizza” organizzato dalla Pizza Italian Academy.
Consiglio vivamente di fare una piccola deviazione alla loro pizzeria a Castel di Sangro…ne uscirete soddisfatti e con “il sorriso”!
 We were greeted by the owner and his wife with extreme kindness.
The pizzas are excellent and tasty, prepared with exceptional raw materials. The dough is left to rise for 72 hours using only sourdough.
Possibility to request pizzas with special flours, we have tried the raw.
The owner is world champion of fried pizza and last year he also won the "masters of pizza" organized by the Pizza Italian Academy.
I highly recommend making a small detour to their pizzeria in Castel di Sangro ... you will come out satisfied and with a "smile"!

World champions of Neapolitan pizza and Guinness world record in 2019, and we understand why! Pizzas good enough to take your breath away at a bargain price, considering the quality. To top it all off, the owners are wonderful people! We will definitely be back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good Caffe Latte's. Went back for a second one shortly after the first. It helps that we were staying just around the corner. They had a decent flow if people throughout the day and into the night, so I must not be the only one who liked it. I did not get a chance to try their food though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pizza I had in Italy! Perfect crust and enough salsa and cheese. The owner is extra nice and attentive; he helped me carry the pizzas to the car even though it was freezing outside. Best of all, he has an amazing house wine that you need to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious! We ordered a pizza for delivery to our hotel one night around 11pm. The next day we went back for lunch. The owner could not have been more kind! He was so happy we were there. We don’t speak very good Italian and he appreciated us trying to! Lol. It was truly a great experience. Only €5 for a Napoletana pizza, too! You can’t beat that! Definitely recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wood fired oven and pizza. That must be the perfect combination you can have. We'll, for some reason I took the fritta calzone pizza which I didn't really like and I was not 100% sure about it would be fried instead of baked in the oven. I told the waiter I didn't like it and very sportively they asked me for something else and took this one away. Margherita Napolian style could not disappoint me, so I took that one instead. Really tasty just like expected. Friendly and welcoming staff, thanks for that! Oh, and they have sfogliatella as dessert as well.
