I had been looking for a sports boot for some time and I found it in their e-commerce. Over the phone they gave me all the information I was looking for, with great availability and cordiality, to be sure of the size and type of product.
I placed my order yesterday at 4.30 pm and today at 1 pm I had my new boots on my feet! Perfect, as promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima .......gente veramente poco seria ......moonboot acquistato ieri usato 2 ore su neve pulita rimasto segnato anche dopo asciugato ....tornata al negozio la risposta è stata "signora non si può bagnare questo tipo di tessuto" ....stiamo scherzando il moon boot che è nato per la neve? ......gente che bada solo ai soldi e ai propri interessi invece di curare i propri clienti......poi dici perché la gente compra su Amazon .......altro livello di serietà e assistenza clienti......evitate accuratamente
Bad experience ....... people really not serious ...... moonboot bought yesterday used 2 hours on clean snow remained marked even after dried .... back to the shop the answer was "lady you can't get wet this type of fabric ".... are we kidding the moon boot that was born for the snow? ...... people who only look after money and their own interests instead of looking after their customers ...... then you say why people buy on Amazon ....... another level of seriousness and customer service ...... avoid carefully
