S stati ospiti del Laurito Resort e abbiamo pranzato la domenica 30 agosto: ottimo pranzo, con due primi e due secondi, oltre alla frutta e al sorbetto. Servizio impeccabile e i ragazzi bravissimi. Abbiamo anche cenato nella successiva settimana, ordinando pizza o anche antipasti e secondi piatti: la recensione resta anche in questo caso positiva sul cibo e sul servizio. Luogo particolarmente accogliente, sia dentro (pranzo) che fuori (cena). Si possono anche organizzare pranzi/cene per varie feste. Il massimo! Excellent restaurant and pizzeria. S. we were guests of the Laurito Resort and we had lunch on Sunday 30 August: excellent lunch, with two first and two second courses, as well as fruit and sorbet. Impeccable service and great guys. We also dined in the following week, ordering pizza or even appetizers and main courses: the review remains positive in this case too on the food and service. Particularly welcoming place, both inside (lunch) and outside (dinner). We can also organize lunches / dinners for various parties. The maximum!

Menu ricchissimo di antipasti mare e terra tra cui di rilievo la trippa, il salmone marinato, le ricotte fresche e l'arrosto misto con bombette e capocollo. Tavoli e distanziamento ampi. Bella la struttura con adiacente Parco, campo d'aviazione e resort. Servizio impeccabile nonostante i grandi numeri. Consigliato Social lunch with the Valle d'Itria in Movimento association. Menu full of sea and land appetizers including tripe, marinated salmon, fresh ricotta and mixed roast with bowls and capocollo. Wide tables and spacing. Beautiful structure with adjacent park, airfield and resort. Impeccable service despite the large numbers. Recommended

Proprietario gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale. Camerieri educati e servizievoli. Ho trovato un posto dove si lavora con serieta' per soddisfare il cliente. Il proprietario ci ha dato Tanta soddisfazione nonostante ci fosse Tanta gente e ci ha anche offerto il dessert! Ho trascorso una piacevole serata nell'entroterra pugliese. Lo consiglio vivamente. Fresh food and varied and tasty dishes. Super abundant quantities! 14 courses for starters only! ? Good wine. Very kind, helpful and professional owner. Polite and helpful waiters. I found a place where you work seriously to satisfy the customer. The owner gave us so much satisfaction even though there were so many people and he even offered us dessert! I spent a pleasant evening in the Apulian hinterland. I highly recommend it.

Antipasti davvero da dimenticare tutto a base di: trippa,cozze,e filetti di salmone e altre pietanze che non tutti mangiano, per giunta avete servito un misero piattino di orecchiette ad un ragazzino che fino a quel momento aveva mangiato solo 3 miseri pezzi di pane, per la fame abbiamo ordinato una cotoletta , che è stata servita bruciata . Dovevamo festeggiare un evento importante a fine mese , ma dopo il conto pagato , abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare il menu in quanto non adatto agli invitati, senza sotterfugi in modo sgarbato ci hai detto cancello la prenotazione. Caro ristoratore , qui non ci vedrai più. Spero che servi questa recensione ad aprire gli occhi a coloro che si imbattono in questo posto. Appena arrivati al ristorante siamo stati accolti con sorriso e gentilezza e fatti accomodare al tavolo. Subito dopo arriva il titolare Antonio che con grande professionalità ci consiglia il menù della domenica. Ottimi gli antipasti della casa ( 16 uscite) seguono 2 assaggini di primi che sono stati molto graditi e i secondi a centro. Pranzo lunghissimo ed estenuante, con portate arrivate fredde e di scarsa qualità. Un plauso ai ragazzi del personale di servizio che si sono prodigati per soddisfare le richieste dei numerosi clienti. Esperienza da non ripetere. Restaurant rooms all too crowded and with only one bathroom available for the ladies and one for the gentlemen, who do not guarantee the most elementary hygiene and anti Covid standards. Long and exhausting lunch, with cold and poor quality dishes. An applause to the service staff who have done their utmost to satisfy the requests of numerous customers. Experience not to be repeated.

When the pizza finally arrived it was really good though. With a bit more staff or maybe timed seatings they'd be getting 5 stars from me!
