★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un loro addolcitore da circa 4 anni. Assistenza pari a zero e modo di fare approssimativo. Dopo 3 anni si fanno sentire x un controllo dell'addolcitore che sostanzialmente consistente nel solo test di durezza dell'acqua alla modica cifra di 70€.. (con un test fai da te, costa 7/8€)
La segretaria, inizialmente mi ha accennato anche a dei cambi filtri... peccato che l'addolcitore in se non li ha! Professionalità zero! Diversi loro clienti in zona, si sono rivolti ad altri x l'assistenza.. Peccato essermi affidato al consiglio dell'idraulico senza un'attenta ricerca/valutazione. DA EVITARE!
I have bought one of their softeners for about 4 years. Zero assistance and approximate ways of doing things. After 3 years they are felt for a control of the softener which basically consists of only the water hardness test for the modest sum of € 70 .. (with a DIY test, it costs € 7/8)
The secretary initially also mentioned to me about changing filters ... too bad that the water softener itself doesn't have them! Zero professionalism! Several of their customers in the area have turned to others for assistance .. Too bad I have relied on the advice of the plumber without careful research / evaluation. TO AVOID!
