La caldaia era sempre andata bene dopo loro assistenza ha iniziato ad avere guasti ho speso molto per farla sistemare. Puliscono veramente la caldaia, non come altri che fanno finta e quando ho bisogno di una riparazione, intervengono sempre in giornata o al massimo il giorno dopo e le signorine al telefono sono sempre gentili. continuate così. La caldaia dopo la manutenzione annuale che doveva garantire un funzionamento futuro perfetto, va in blocco continuo con perdita di acqua nei muri perché la pressione è troppo alta. Non lavorano il sabato e non hanno il pronto intervento, per cui se hai un problema come è successo a me aspetti il tuo turno su appuntamento, quando a loro fa comodo. Solo dal lunedì al venerdì c'è qualcuno dall'altra parte del telefono che ti tratta con arroganza e maleducazione. Vantando il loro unico e solo tecnico come il super professionista che NON È. PS la caldaia funzionava benissimo prima del loro intervento. Obbligata a fare la manutenzione annuale. Mi chiedo ... perché dobbiamo pagare 200 Euro ad INCOMPETENTI SENZA NESSUN ARTE IN MANO ?????? Quest'anno mi è andata in blocco per un'altro errore, le impiegate sempre disponibili e tecniche, mi è tornato lo stesso tecnico si ricordava è stato altrettanto esaustivo nel lavoro e puntuale ed ho pagato lo standard annuale, avrebbe potuto dirmi di cambiare questo o quello invece onesto.
