★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best restaurants in Città di Castello. The food is what I would call "modern Italian." They prepare very interesting updates on classical Umbrian food. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They are happy to speak English. Even though you're in wine country, their artisanal beers are also excellent.
