Lo consiglio a tutti.....sicuramente torneremo

Arrivo oggi,il titolare mi accoglie in maniera scortese, chiedo gentilmente di poter mangiare, mi risponde ma lei ha prenotato? ( avevano spazio in abbondanza per un cliente solo) rispondo di no, mi liquida in malo modo, sconsigliato, anzi cambiate mestiere. Mai più

Le portate, abbondanti ed eccellenti, coniugano traduzione ed innovazione, qualità delle materie prime ed eleganza nella presentazione. Da consigliare anche le pizze, che si presentano ben lievitate e con il giusto condimento. Ottimi il servizio e la cura del cliente. Bellissima la posizione lungo il corso principale di Città di Castello.
The Preludio restaurant is a guarantee for those who want to taste Umbrian cuisine and beyond. The abundant and excellent courses combine translation and innovation, quality of raw materials and elegance in presentation. We also recommend the pizzas, which are well leavened and with the right seasoning. Excellent service and customer care. The location along the main street of Città di Castello is beautiful.

L'agnolotti e i pennoni veramente ottimi.
La pizza è in stile napoletana, anche se a me non entusiasma(da vero romano) devo dire che merita molto più di altre pizzerie che si spacciano "napoletane"

The pizza is Neapolitan style, even if it doesn't appeal to me (as a true Roman) I must say that it deserves much more than other pizzerias that pretend to be "Neapolitan"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale carino nel corso principale, siamo entrate per caso e siamo rimaste piacevolmente sorprese. Sia per il menu che per i piatti in se per se. Proprietario gentilissimo, locale pulito e ben curato. Cucina ottima, antipasti abbondanti, primi buoni, tagliata eccezionale! Siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte e siamo uscite con la pancia piena, spendendo 25€ appena! Consigliatissimo .
Nice place in the main street, we entered by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Both for the menu and for the dishes themselves. Very kind owner, clean and well-kept place. Excellent cuisine, abundant appetizers, good first courses, exceptional cut! We were very satisfied and went out with a full stomach, spending just € 25! Highly recommended.

Very nice place on Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The person who served us was professional and very friendly. He recommended some passatelli with seafood, to try because they are unusual and I would say really excellent. The service is also excellent. Recommended.
