Ho preso la tartare di Angus (deliziosa e delicata anche se nn amo la senape) e la Carbo-manica che è una rivisitazione della carbonara fatta però con le mezze maniche (e per fortuna dico io che nn vado matta x gli spaghetti): piatto meraviglioso che, fatto con lo zabaione salato al posto del semplice uovo, ha fatto cantare il mio palato fino all'ultimo pezzetto di pancetta croccante.
Il tutto accompagnato con una bottiglia di Ripasso che ci ha accompagnato x tutta la cena
Grazie davvero a chi mi ci ha portato e a chi mi ha coccolato con un servizio al TOP dall'inizio alla fine ♡
 I had NEVER been there and I must say that I missed eating in such a place. I took the Angus tartare (delicious and delicate even if I don't love mustard) and the Carbo-sleeve which is a reinterpretation of the carbonara made with half sleeves (and luckily I say that I'm not crazy about spaghetti): dish wonderful that, made with salted eggnog instead of the simple egg, made my palate sing down to the last piece of crispy bacon.
All accompanied with a bottle of Ripasso which accompanied us for the whole dinner
