Servizio accogliente e "materie prime" come il nome del ristorante di prima scelta....il tutto accompagnato con un'eccellente Ribolla gialla.
 Beautiful discovery in our Città di Castello.
Welcoming service and "raw materials" as the name of the first choice restaurant .... all accompanied with an excellent yellow Ribolla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto cortesi, siamo arrivati abbastanza presto senza prenotare, non siamo del luogo, il locale era tutto prenotato ma visto che era per qualche ora dopo ci hanno fatto accomodare, gentilissimi, si mangia bene ed i prezzi sono giusti per come si mangia.
Very courteous, we arrived quite early without booking, we are not local, the place was fully booked but since it was for a few hours later they made us sit down, very kind, the food is good and the prices are fair for how you eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come dice il nome in questo posto le materie prime sono protagoniste, le trasformazioni sono originali senza troppi voli pindarici. Una scelta misurata con varie alternative ma fortunatamente senza il menù sconfinato. I sapori sono genuini e semplici ma curati da personale di cucina preparato e attento anche nell' impiattamento. Il locale è semplice con un atmosfera rilassante, il personale di sala è cordiale ma preparato. La proprietaria è attenta ai suoi ospiti facendoli sentire benvenuti con una calda accoglienza e un sorriso sempre acceso che non guasta mai. Il conto è una piacevole sorpresa, bilanciato e onesto, tutto sommato un posto piacevole dove trascorrere una serata in piacevole compagnia tra una chiacchierata e l'altra. Per chi ama un pò più di vivacità vengono organizzate serate con DJ.

As the name says in this place the raw materials are the protagonists, the transformations are original without too many flights of fancy. A choice measured with various alternatives but fortunately without the boundless menu. The flavors are genuine and simple but well prepared by the kitchen staff and attentive even in 'impiattamento. The restaurant is simple with a relaxing atmosphere, the wait staff is friendly but prepared. The owner is attentive to her guests making them feel welcome with a warm welcome and a smile that is always lit that never hurts. The bill is a pleasant surprise, balanced and honest, all in all a pleasant place to spend an evening in pleasant company between a chat and the other. For those who like a little more vibrancy we are organized with DJ nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon ristorante, a dispetto del menù che trovate sul loro sito fanno prevalentemente pesce, ma i piatti li potrete consultare solo in loco perché variano e sono scritti su una lavagna. Locale accogliente e pulito, prodotti ottimi, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Non posso assegnare la quinta stella per il servizio leggermente sottotono, a fine cena siamo praticamente stati lasciati in balia di noi stessi senza nemmeno la proposta di un dolce o un caffè. D'accordo, il locale era piuttosto affollato, ma da questo punto di vista si poteva fare decisamente meglio.
Good restaurant, despite the menu you find on their website they mainly do fish, but the dishes you can only consult on site because they vary and are written on a blackboard. Cozy and clean place, excellent products, excellent value for money. I cannot assign the fifth star for the slightly subdued service, at the end of the dinner we were practically left to fend for ourselves without even the proposal of a dessert or a coffee. Okay, the place was quite crowded, but from this point of view it could be done much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful and complete menu. I started with the risotto con zucca , had a fabulous tagliata con rosmarino , plus vedure cotto and cavalo nero. Drank the house wine, which was great, but the prices for the wine list were very reasonable. I thouroughly enjoyed the entie meal and the great service.
