Ma documentandomi su internet, domandando e facendo diverse quotazioni presso i compro oro, e quindi avendo una minima base di conoscenza del mercato, posso dire che sono rimasto stupito dalla professionalità e competenza dello staff Krysos. Per esempio non solo il personale capiva "a vista" (senza l'uso di reagenti) la titolazione del materiale ma quando c'erano dei dubbi esso faceva uso di tecnologia a fluorescenza ai raggi-X ( "pistola PMI") per assicurarsi della natura del metallo. Inoltre, cosa di gran lunga più importante, la quotazione/grammo che ho trovato sul loro sito è stata esattamente LA STESSA che poi ho trovato di persona nella sede di Milano. Senza sorprese o senza "riviste" del prezzo. Prezzo che è uno dei migliori del mercato. Sono arrivato, abbiamo verificato il metallo assieme, abbiamo pesato, preso il prezzo del giorno, calcolato e concordato il prezzo. Davvero senza sorprese! Pagamento arrivato nei modi e tempi concordati. L' iscrizione alla Banca d'Italia come operatori professionali è una ulteriore garanzia. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che hanno intenzione vendere. TOP! I state that I do not usually sell / buy gold and I am completely inexperienced in the sector. But researching on the internet, asking and making various quotations at the gold shops, and therefore having a minimal knowledge base of the market, I can say that I was amazed by the professionalism and competence of the Krysos staff. For example, not only did the staff understand "on sight" (without the use of reagents) the titration of the material but when there were doubts they used X-ray fluorescence technology ("PMI gun") to ensure nature of the metal. Also, by far more importantly, the quotation / gram I found on their site was exactly THE SAME that I then found in person at the Milan office. Without surprises or without price "magazines". Price which is one of the best in the market. I arrived, we checked the metal together, we weighed, took the price of the day, calculated and agreed on the price. Really no surprises! Payment arrived in the manner and time agreed. Registration with the Bank of Italy as professional operators is a further guarantee. I highly recommend it to anyone who plans to sell. TOP!

I decided to try again the next day and had the door slammed in my face, and told to wait. 5 minutes later rang and told to wait, 5 minutes later the door man came and said they were closed. This kind of service is uncalled for and unfortunately makes me believe is another case of English speaking discrimination.
