Non è solo una palestra è un gruppo sportivo dove amicizia ed esercizio vanno a braccetto. Ci si allena e ci si diverte sempre praticamente una seconda casa. Super fun courses, functional weight room and trained and helpful staff! It's not just a gym, it's a sports group where friendship and exercise go hand in hand. Inizialmente sapevo che avrei dovuto sudare parecchio, ma ora mi rendo conto di aver sudato molto di più di ciò che credevo possibile. È stata proprio questa la soddisfazione più grande: quella sensazione straordinaria del superare i propri limiti. Un grazie va ai miei compagni di allenamento perché sembra superfluo, ma insieme è più forte! Un grazie a tutto lo staff di Koru per il bel clima che si respira, e un grazie particolare alla Sere, che crede in noi e lo fa per davvero. Grandissima la professionalità e la preparazione dello staff, che sa guidare passo passo l'allievo verso un percorso di preparazione fisica e mentale di alto livello. Sono stato attirato da una recensione che cita "mi ha cambiato la vita" e ho voluto vedere di persona. La scelta migliore che abbia mai fatto... Quindi per chi sta leggendo la recensione e sta valutando se provare, io direi che ne vale la pena senza pensarci troppo. Ps i corsi oltre che essere divertenti, sono belli e molto tecnici... Grande Koru vibe I approached this gym on tiptoe, not knowing exactly what I was going towards, then from the first lessons I realized that I was in a unique environment. Great professionalism and preparation of the staff, who knows how to guide the student step by step towards a high level physical and mental preparation path. I was drawn to a review that read "changed my life" and wanted to see for yourself. The best choice I have ever made ... So for those who are reading the review and considering whether to try, I would say that it is worth it without thinking too much.
