★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una palestra piccola , diversa dalle altre ove il titolare trova il modo per farti raggiungere gli obbiettivi , con esercizi specifici ad ogni corporatura, la musica è eccezionale , c’è un ampio parcheggio , gli orari sono flessibili , e si può accedere anche al servizio personal , sono soddisfatta e ho raggiunto il mio peso divertendomi e conoscendo persone positive ! Lo consiglio vivamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rock Gym non è una palestra convenzionale. Te ne accorgi appena entri. La coreografia, e L’ambiente e’ speciale…si respira la voglia di allenarsi assieme ad un gruppo con gli stessi obbiettivi…. Avere risultati. Personale accogliente ma soprattutto ci si sente seguiti da un tecnico appassionato e preparato nella sua materia.
Rock Gym is not a conventional gym. You notice it as soon as you enter. The choreography, and the environment is special ... you can feel the desire to train together with a group with the same goals .... Get results. Welcoming staff but above all you feel followed by a technician who is passionate and prepared in his field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una palestra fuori dagli schemi. Ci si allena, ci si diverte e si perde peso!!! Stefano è una persona magnifica che ti segue passo passo al raggiungimento del obbiettivo. L'ambiente informale ne fa il suo punto forte e le persone che la frequentano sono tutte gentili e simpatiche, questo ti invoglia a tornarci quasi tutti i giorni. Ormai io ne sono dipendente. An unconventional gym. You train, have fun and lose weight !!! Stefano is a wonderful person who follows you step by step to achieve the goal. The informal environment makes it its strong point and the people who frequent it are all kind and nice, this makes you want to come back almost every day. I am now addicted to it.
