e	egi zeta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra graziosa, piccola ma non manca niente, ma purtroppo con limiti "umani": se hai la fortuna di essere simpatico ai titolari vieni seguito bene, altrimenti non ti dicono nemmeno se stai facendo l'esercizio in modo sbagliato. Nice gym, small but nothing is missing, but unfortunately with "human" limits: if you are lucky enough to be nice to the owners you are followed well, otherwise they won't even tell you if you are doing the exercise in the wrong way.

A	Andrea M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra di media fascia, tenuta bene, clientela piacevole, piccola e attrezzi molto ravvicinati, staff gentile e disponibile, manca qualche macchinario a discapito di altri presenti e meno utilizzati generalmente. Ci si allena volentieri, ma per quello che offre dovrebbe costare qualcosina meno. Nota negativa la presenza di un cane che gironzola per la sala attrezzi, oltre ad essere poco igienico per me che soffro di una lieve allergia non è la situazione migliore Medium range gym, well maintained, pleasant clientele, small and very close equipment, friendly and helpful staff, missing some machinery at the expense of others present and less generally used. Un elemento chiave che però differenzia la “ New wellness” è la presenza di Monica che oltre ad essere una fantastica personal trainer è anche una life coach questo è difficile da trovare in una palestra soprattutto in questo periodo, ovviamente è accompagnata dal suo aiutante a 4 zampe Lucky che fa della palestra un ambiente familiare e socievole, un ottimo trovatello che sa come rompere il ghiaccio. La palestra possiede anche un ampio catalogo di corsi svolti da personale simpatico e professionale, ve la consiglio vivamente come posto per allenarsi, acquistare più fiducia con se stessi, migliorarsi, sfogarsi... non preoccupatevi per l’auto o moto perché c’è un enorme parcheggio quindi che aspettate ?
