La gentilezza e lo spirito di aiutare il prossimo è una cosa bellissima che sarebbe da introdurre nelle scuole fin da bambini cosi il mondo sarebbe migliore. Grazie Signor Tecnico.
I called CAT Elettronica this morning for assistance with a Bosh tableware, a very kind and good gentleman answered me, he gave me directions and also a name of a technician he knew. Kindness and the spirit of helping others is a beautiful thing that should be introduced in schools as a child so the world would be better. Thanks Mr. Technician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si è rotto un portatile Sony (sono un centro assistenza ufficiale) poco prima di un lungo viaggio, me lo hanno riparato a tempo di record, in meno di una settimana. Praticamente appena gli sono arrivati i pezzi lo stesso giorno l'hanno riparato e mi hanno chiamato per andarlo a prendere il giorno dopo. Hanno prezzi molto onesti e spiegano dettagliatamente cosa fanno.
A Sony laptop broke down (I'm an official service center) just before a long trip, they repaired it in record time, in less than a week. Almost as soon as the pieces arrived on the same day, they repaired it and called me to pick it up the next day. They have very fair prices and explain in detail what they do.

Extremely positive experience. I had a TV failure and the repair was very fast and at a more than fair price. Estimate on times and costs fully respected. The owner proved to be very competent and correct as well as a helpful and polite person.
